Şehir ve Bölge Planlama 1. sınıf güz programında (1. Yarıyıl) yer alan başlıca bölüm dersleri: Teknik Resim , Yerleşmeler Tarihi , Araştırma Yöntemlerine Giriş , Atatürk İlkeleri ve İnkilap Tarihi I, TÜRK DİLİ I, Temel Tasarım Atölyesi gibi zorunlu giriş dersleridir.
